Grease Nipples
Grease nipples (zerk fittings) for bearing and joint lubrication. Available in straight, 45° and 90° configurations in brass and steel.
About Grease Nipples
Grease nipples (also called zerk or alemite fittings) are the threaded fitting a grease gun connects to when lubricating a bearing, bushing or pivot joint — a spring-loaded ball inside the nipple lets grease in under gun pressure and seals against it flowing back out. Kesharia stocks straight (0°), 45° angled and 90° right-angle configurations in both brass and steel, so a fitting can be selected to suit the clearance and access angle around the lubrication point — angled and right-angle nipples are used where a straight fitting would be difficult to reach with a grease gun coupler. Brass nipples are the standard choice for general machinery; steel is specified where the fitting is exposed to impact or harsh mechanical wear. Exact thread size is confirmed on enquiry.
